Terms and Conditions

  • Shipping Charges - Actual shipping charges for orders will be calculated by a USPS real time calculator. You will have the option of Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Overnight. We do not add any additional handling fees.
  • Shipping Method - We use the United States Postal Service mail system. If you do not receive your order within a “reasonable” length of time, please call us at 832-437-4733 or email us and we will trace the shipment. Sorry, no COD shipments will be accepted, unless advance arrangements are made.
  • Insurance - Katy Rock Shop does not insure orders under $100.00. Any orders in excess of $100.00 will be insured through the USPS by Katy Rock Shop.
  • Returns and Refunds - We at the Katy Rock Shop take great pride in our business and all items are shipped satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shipment, you may return the item for full refund within 10 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by phone at 832-437-4733 or by email sales@katyrockshop.com. Katy Rock Shop will not be responsible for any shipping charges on returns.
  • Method of Payment - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
  • Picture Representation - The pictures in our On-Line catalog are the actual photos of what is being shipped to you.
  • Shopping Cart Privacy and Security - The information you submit in the online secure shopping cart is used ONLY to process your order. Katy Rock Shop owns this website so there is no Shopping Cart Service or third party gaining information. If you would rather not order online - Call us at 832-437-4733 anytime. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will get to your order as soon as possible. Please have the item name and item # ready for order.
