Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. How quickly is my order shipped after you receive payment?
   • If you use Credit card or PayPal, your order is normally sent the same or next business day.  All orders are sent by USPS.
2. Will I receive a receipt with my order?
   • You will receive a detailed invoice by email when your purchase has been completed.  We will also put a copy of that invoice in your shipment.
3. Do you have a minimum order amount if payment is by credit card?
   • We do not set a minimum order amount.
4. Do you charge any extra fees for credit card use?
   • No, we do not charge any processing fees and are enrolled as a direct merchant with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.
5. Do you add sales tax to my order?
   • If you are located in Texas, 6.25% sales tax will be required and will be added to your order at check out.  The exception to this would be if you present a valid tax ID number related to your business or organization.  Sales delivered to all other states are not subject to sales tax due to our location in Texas.
